Age Criteria

• Nursery: 3 years as on 01 April 2026 (Born between 01 April 2022 and 31 July 2023)
• LKG: 4 years as on 01 April 2026 (Born between 01 April 2021 and 31 July 2022)
• UKG: 5 years as on 01 April 2026 (Born between 01 April 2020 and 31 July 2021)

Note to Parents

• Fill the form carefully — incomplete/incorrect information may lead to rejection.
• All documents must be correct — no changes can be made later.

Important Instructions

• For Classes Nursery, LKG, UKG, and I: Date of Birth once registered will not be changed.
• For other classes: Data will be entered in the admission form based on the Transfer Certificate
• Kindly Note No corrections will be made for any incorrect entries
• Only proper government-issued documents will be accepted.
• No refund of admission fees once admission is granted.

Registration Requirements

• Completed Online Registration Form (available on the school website).
• Printed copy of the submitted online form and Document must be submitted to the school office.

Attach Copies of:

• * Aadhaar Cards of both parents (Mandatory).
• Child’s Birth Certificate issued by Nagar Palika only
• Registration Fee: ₹500/- (non-refundable)
• Payment slip/receipt must be attached to the printed form
• Keep a photocopy of the submitted form and payment slip for your records

Submission of Forms:

• Submit the printed registration form along with required documents and payment proof at the school office (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon).
• Incomplete or incorrect forms will not be accepted.
• Submission of the registration form does not guarantee admission

Admission Process

• After submitting the registration form, students selected for Nursery must come to the school with both parents on the scheduled interview day. *(The interview date will be provided by the school.)
• After the Entrance Test, the list of selected candidates will be displayed on the school notice board and school website on the announced date and thereafter will be called for Interview along with the Parents. *(The interview date will be provided by the school.)
• Admission fees must be paid at the time of admission, and the composite fee must be paid in April 2026.

Vacancies for Other Classes

• If vacancies arise in higher classes, parents may fill out the enquiry form available in the school office. (Admission are available based on vacant seats only.)

(For Classes Nursery, LKG, UKG, and I)

• Original Birth Certificate and one Color photocopy
• Blood Group Certificate from a pathology laboratory
• Medical Fitness Certificate from any MBBS doctor
• Aadhaar Card of the candidate and Aadhaar Cards of both parents
• Caste Certificate of the candidate (if applicable; not required for General category)

(For Classes II & Above)

• Original Transfer Certificate
• Copy of the Report Card from the last school attended
• Blood Group Certificate from a pathology laboratory
• Medical Fitness Certificate from any MBBS doctor
• Aadhaar Card of the candidate and Aadhaar Cards of both parents
• Caste Certificate of the candidate (if applicable; not required for General category)

• PEN (Permanent Education Number)
• APAAR (Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry) ID
